Kerala rains: Death toll climbs to 28

The state disaster management officials confirmed that the death toll due to rain-related incidents in the state in the last 24 hours has gone up to 28. The authority has asked people in the state to limit night travel between 7pm and 7am in hilly areas due to the risk of landslips. Idukki and Wayanad are two districts, considered prone to heavy landslides.
